Bridging The Gap Between The Service Expected and The Service Delivered.
What We Do
Native Circuit Elements (NCE) is a consumer electronics assessment and repair company. We specialise in repairs of audio-visual appliances, kitchen appliances, and computers of all makes. We also specialise in data recovery, and software related faults.
NCE was created to bridge the gap between the service expected and the service delivered. We put emphasis on speed and quality of repairs. We primarily operate in the Johannesburg metro and West Rand areas, however, we will consider requests outside our areas of operation on a per-case basis.
How We Do It
We use drivers to collect appliances for repair. This allows the technicians more time to solely focus on appliance repairs in a workshop environment. In the case that an assessment or repair on site is required, an appointment can be scheduled for R550. Aditional charges may apply for requests outside our areas of operation.
IS THERE A MINIMUM FEE?
We charge a call-out fee of R250 within a 5Km radius from our offices, R550 beyond the aforementioned radius. For clients who wish to carry in their faulty appliances in for repair, we require a non-refundable R150 booking fee.
HOW DO I PAY?
We offer EFT secure online payments such as credit card or debit card. We do accept cash payments as well.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY QUOTE/ASSESSMENT?
We will send you a quotation within 24-48 hours (~2 Business days) after running a thorough diagnostics on your appliance.
HOW LONG WILL THE ACTUAL REPAIR TAKE?
We aim to complete repairs within 2 business days once the quotation has been accepted - However, there are circumstances beyond our control such as parts that need to be imported. This can take up to 6 weeks. We will keep you informed throughout the process.
DOES NCE HAVE LOAN APPLIANCES AVAILABLE?
From time to time we do keep loan appliances available for essential appliances such as fridges. We will offer a loan appliance at our discretion in the case of extended delays in repairs.
MY APPLIANCE BROKE DOWN AGAIN BEFORE THE 1 MONTH WARRANTY PERIOD EXPIRED. WHAT DO I DO NOW?
We hope that this will never be the case, our warranty covers you for a second collection, assessment and repair, provided that the fault in question is due to a part that we replaced initially.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY APPLIANCE CAN'T BE REPAIRED?
We have a large network of suppliers which gives us access to new and used parts. If you wish for us to go the distance for the repair of your appliance, we will do so.
